Lot of people always think how to reduce fat but the fact is that all the websites and blogs redirect you to medicines reducing fat..
Using tonics and All the unknown chemical products to reduce fast may work but have big side effects..
The best way to reduce fast is to follow the nature.. Why do we have fat?everybody has different opinions but i have only one that is eating food at the wrong time or not eating food at the right time.. It sounds a bit different but yeah.... To reduce fat you should eat at the right time and not in the unnecesaary time..
Have breakfast before 8,have lunch at 12:30,have dinner around 10...
Your body needs time to digest these foods, around 4 hrs. Don't eat in-between that...
Next goto a gym and get some workout..
Next i'd like to introduce some ayurveda here....cook fried wheat in pressure cooker like we do it to cook rice....move it another pan(dont filter the water out,keep the water),now let it cool(we dont want heat),after it is cooled down,add some honey to it and eat...use it like a food that we eat daily...i'm sure that you'll lose fat...
